Marshelle is a ministry partnering wife with her husband, Port. They have been married since 1991 and were blessed with four daughters and one son. In 2020, their family expanded with a son-in-law and their first grandchild. One of her spiritual gifts is administration which she functions in at Bridges over Systems and Operations and with the Bay Area Rescue Mission, a Christian homeless shelter in the SF East Bay, where she has served in management since 2007. She is also a bible study, devotional author for Lifeway Christian Resources and international women’s ministry leadership trainer and speaker. Her passion for supporting ministry wives has been manifested in her role with NAMB as planter spouse development advocate and assessor, through her own ministry Hephzibah’s Haven for Pastors’ Wives, and currently with Bridges through the Women’s Ministry Network which provides S.H.E. ConnecX for Christian Women to Connect in Sistership and Community and through S.H.E. ConnecX - H.E.R. Care providing support and community for ministers’ and ministry wives.
